Arriva Noroeste, certificates in Quality and Environment
In Arriva, we work towards a quality and sustainable public transport system. But it is not enough to say so, it has to be demonstrated. Undergoing a Quality and Environment audit is a good way of doing it. Arriva Noroeste has passed this test with flying colours.
Our operator in Galicia has, since May 2008, an ISO 9001 certificate for Quality and another ISO 14001 certificate for Environmental Management.
The Customer Satisfaction and Environmental Management certificates in Arriva Noroeste were presented to the Executive Director of the company, Tony Williamson, by the General Director of Transport of the Xunta de Galicia, Mar Chao, and the assistant to the Trade Department of Bureau Veritas.
